Directions for use:
1. Apply a thin layer of Velour Top on any gel polish color
2. Cure in a LED lamp for 60 seconds or in a UV lamp for 2 minutes
3. Rub nails with LART Cleaner to obtain a beautiful matte / velour effect.
The product is resistant to abrasion, very efficient and leaves no streaks!
