Please be sure to check all your parcels and orders once arrived with the courier provided as we are unable to take any responsibilities for parcels handled by couriers.

In exceptional circumstances we accept returned goods but only if the following conditions are met:


1.When returning items, make sure they are securely packaged. We cannot refund goods damaged in transit if items are poorly packaged.


2. The item must be in perfect resalable condition with any shrink wrap still intact - products can NOT be opened or used.


3. A request must be made to the company within 24h of receipt of goods by using our contact form - please remember to type your order number.


4. No returned goods will be accepted unless a returns authorisation has been given.


5. For your own protection please obtain a proof of postage/ receipt from the carrier as the company accepts no responsibility for lost parcels sent by you.


6. Natural Beauty Ireland will not be responsible for any postage costs.

If the parcel is damaged, or when the packing does not look good and may be damage during the transport, please open the parcel and check your goods on the front of the delivery staff/ courier. If there is any damage to the product please make note that you are obligated to send the parcel back with the courier so we can claim on it. If you would like to keep your parcel with your goods, Natural Beauty will not accept any returns. If you decide to send the parcel with the damaged goods by the courier provided, you are obligated to inform Natural Beauty Ireland about it - please use our Natural Beauty contact form and remember to state your order number there. Natural Beauty Ireland will be able to proceed your claim and a member of our staff will contact you back. Usually damage parcel claim take up to 3 working days from the day we will receive your refunded goods. If any of your products arrived damaged in your parcel and you didn't check them with the courier, we are not obligated to re-send any goods from the order, however please contact Natural Beauty Ireland by using contact form from our website, and we would be more then welcome to help, and assist you to solve the problem.
